Ingredients
- ⅓ cup soaked sago
 - Kiwi slices as required
 - Black grape slices as required
 - Strawberry slices as required
 - Fresh orange segments as required
 - 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
 - 3 cups milk
 - ⅓ cup condensed milk
 - Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
 
Method
- Take vanilla custard powder in a bowl, add ½ cup milk and mix well.
 - Heat remaining milk in a deep non-stick pan. Once the milk comes to a boil, add sago and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or till the sago is soft.
 - Add the custard powder mixture and cook on medium heat till the mixture thickens stirring continuously.
 - Add condensed milk and mix well. Put the mixture into individual serving mugs till ¾ full and allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
 - Arrange kiwi slices, grape slices, strawberry slices and orange segments on top.
 - Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
