Ingredients for Chocolate Coated Strawberries with Salt Recipe

  • Dark chocolate , chopped 1 cup

  • Fresh strawberries 20-24

  • Sea salt as required

Method

Step 1

Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, keep a bowl over it, put the dark chocolate in it and let it melt.

Step 2

If the strawberry leaves are unblemished leave them on or else hull the strawberries.

Step 3

Keep a silicon sheet on a plate. You can dip the strawberries fully in the melted chocolate and keep them on the silicon sheet. Or you can dip them only till half of each strawberry is covered with chocolate. Sprinkle a little sea salt over each of the strawberries.

Step 4

When the chocolate is set, arrange the strawberries on a serving platter and serve.
