Ingredients
- 200 grams granola bars
 - 1 cup whole wheat flour
 - 3 cups milk
 - 4 eggs
 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
 - 6 tablespoons castor sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - Butter for cooking + for garnish
 - Maple syrup to drizzle
 - Fresh blueberries for garnish
 - Fresh mint sprig for garnish
 
Method
- Break granola bars into pieces and transfer into a blender jar. Add milk, break eggs into the jar, add melted butter, castor sugar and vanilla essence and blend to a smooth mixture.
 - Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add baking powder and mix.
 - Add the blended mixture and mix well so as to ensure that there are no lumps.
 - Heat a little butter in a non-stick shallow pan. Spread a ladleful of pancake batter evenly and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes or till the underside is golden brown.
 - Flip and cook on the other side for 2 minutes more.
 - Similarly cook more pancakes with the remaining batter.
 - Arrange the pancakes on a serving plate, place butter cubes on top and drizzle maple syrup.
 - Garnish with fresh blueberries, mint sprig and serve hot.
