Method
- Take pineapple in a bowl, add sugar, mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a pan, add pineapple mixture and cloves, mix well and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Keep removing scum at regular intervals.
- Add saffron and continue to cook till the mixture reaches 1 string consistency.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and allow to cool completely. Serve.
- Or store in an airtight container and serve when required.
