Ingredients
- 60 millilitre white rum
- 45 millilitre coconut cream
- 60 millilitre pineapple juice
- 1 lemon
- 5-6 ice cubes + for serving
- Pineapple slice with the skin for garnish
- Pineapple leaves for garnish
Method
- Cut the pineapple slice into triangles, make a diagonal slit on it. Snip some pineapple leaves and spray with some water to clean it.
- Pour the rum in a cocktail shaker, add coconut cream, pineapple juice, cut the lemon in half and measure 15 millilitre of the lemon juice and pour it into the shaker. Add some ice cubes and shake it well for a few seconds.
- Fill a serving glass with some ice and strain the drink into it. Garnish with the pineapple triangle and pineapple leaves. Serve immediately.
