Ingredients
- 35-40 cape gooseberries, halved
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar syrup
- Ice cubes as required
- Tonic water as required
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Cape gooseberries for garnish
Method
- Transfer gooseberries in a glass and muddle. Add pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Transfer this mixture in cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes, close the lid and shake well.
- Strain the prepared mixture in frosted serving glass.
- Top up with tonic water , garnish with mint, gooseberries and serve chilled.
