Peanut Butter Tartlets These tarts are going to be mind-blowing! Peanut butter, cream cheese and then the chocolate ganache with a dash of chilli and a sprinkling of sea salt are for those who love whacky combinations. By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Nov 2024 in Recipes Snack New Update Main ingredients Creamy peanut butter, Cream cheese, Whipped cream, Digestive biscuits, Melted butter, Fresh cream, Green chillies, Dark chocolate, Pistachio powder, Sea salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snack Prep time 1-2 hours Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Savoury Level of cooking Easy Others Vegetarian Ingredients Creamy peanut butter as required ½ cup cream cheese ¾ cup whipped cream 4 digestive biscuits 2 tablespoons melted butter ¾ cup fresh cream 2 green chillies, slit 1 cup chopped dark chocolate Pistachio powder to sprinkle Sea salt to sprinkle Method Take cream cheese in a bowl and cream with the back of a spoon. Add whipped cream and mix well. Crush digestive biscuits to a fine powder in a chopper. Add melted butter and mix well. Heat fresh cream in a small non-stick pan. Add green chillies and cook for 1 minute. Strain the mixture directly into chopped dark chocolate kept in another bowl and mix till the chocolate melts and forms a homogenous mixture. Place tart shells lined with cupcake liners on a tray. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly at the base and press well. Pipe the peanut butter over the biscuit layer to form a circle. Pipe the cream cheese mixture in the centre of the circle. Sprinkle pistachio powder over and pour the prepared chocolate ganache on top. Sprinkle sea salt. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set for 1 hour.
