Limbachi Chutney

Chatakdaar limbachi chutney will bring that chatpata blast of flavour to your meal. Made with lemons, red chilli powder, black salt and jaggery this chutney is sweet, sour and spicy all at the same time. So try it immediately and enjoy.

Method

  1. Halve the lemons and further cut each half into 4 pieces. Remove the seeds.
  2. Transfer lemon pieces into a mixer jar and grind to a coarse mixture. 
  3. Heat a pan, add the ground mixture, red chilli powder and black salt and mix well. Add jaggery, mix and cook till jaggery melts and the mixture thickens.
  4. Switch the heat off and allow to cool completely.
  5. Serve as required.
