Ingredients
- 12-15 lemons
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Black salt to taste
- 1 cup chopped jaggery
Method
- Halve the lemons and further cut each half into 4 pieces. Remove the seeds.
- Transfer lemon pieces into a mixer jar and grind to a coarse mixture.
- Heat a pan, add the ground mixture, red chilli powder and black salt and mix well. Add jaggery, mix and cook till jaggery melts and the mixture thickens.
- Switch the heat off and allow to cool completely.
- Serve as required.
