Ingredients
- 8 leftover rotis
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon chopped cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios + for garnish
Method
- Put the rotis in a blender jar and blend to a coarse powder.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add the bended powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sugar, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add almonds, cashew nuts and pistachios and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve warm garnished with pistachios.
