  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Shell Pro V Regal California Jumbo Pistachios, transfer into a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
  3. Transfer into a bowl, add cream cheese and mix. Add honey, green cardamom powder, dried rose petals and whipped cream and mix well.
  4. Take kunafa dough in a bowl, drizzle melted butter and mix lightly.
  5. Arrange the kunafa in non-stick cupcake moulds and place tart moulds on top.
  6. Keep this in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool.
  7. Remove the cups from the moulds and arrange on a serving plate. Pipe the pistachio mixture in the cups. Sprinkle blanched Pro V Regal California Jumbo Pistachios and dried rose petals on top. Serve immediately.
