Ingredients
- 4 lemons
- 4 green chillies
- Crushed ice as required
- 12 teaspoons soaked sabza seeds
- 32-40 fresh mint leaves
- 8 tablespoons sugar syrup
Method
- For each portion halve 1 lemon and slit 1 green chilli.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 green chilli, ice, 3 teaspoons soaked sabza seeds, 8-10 mint leaves, 2 tablespoons sugar syrup and 1 cup chilled water and mix well.
- Cover shaker with its lid and shake well.
- Transfer into a serving glass and serve chilled.
