Ingredients list for Frozen Mango and Sabza Smoothie

  • 4 Medium Alphonso mangoes
  • 4 tablespoons Sabza (takmaria / basil seeds) soaked
  • 8-12 tablespoons Tender coconut flesh
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Peel, remove seed and roughly chop mangoes, transfer into a zip-lock bag and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  2. Transfer the frozen mango pieces into a blender jar, add tender coconut flesh, honey and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
  3. Pour the smoothie into serving bottles, put some sabza in each bottle and serve immediately.
