Ingredients
- For one portion
- 1 medium Alphonso mango
- 2-3 tbsps tender coconut flesh
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup chilled milk
- 1 tbsp soaked sabza (basil seeds)
Method
- Peel, deseed and roughly chop mango. Put in a zip-lock bag and freeze for 4-5 hours.
- Blend together frozen mangoes, tender coconut flesh, honey and milk into smooth mixture.
- Pour the smoothie in a serving bottle, put in sabza and serve chilled.
