Ingredients
- 15-20 garlic cloves
- 1½ teaspoons coarse red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Method
- Crush garlic cloves coarsely in a mortar.
- Add red chilli powder and sea salt and continue to crush to a coarse mixture.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and use as required.
