Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
Method
- Finely chop onion and tomato. Trim both end of cucumber and finely chop it. Transfer all three into a large bowl.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Pack in a tiffin box. Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well just before you eat it.
