Jamun Popsicles

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat ½ cup water and sugar in a non-stick pan and cook till sugar melts. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool completely.
  2. Put the jamuns into a blender jar, add roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala and blend to a fine paste.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer into a large bowl. Add cooled sugar syrup and mix well. Squeeze the juice of lemon directly into it and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into popsicle moulds and close the lid. Place them in the freezer for 6-8 hours.
  5. De-mould, place them on a serving plate and serve.
