Ingredients for Jamun Shots - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Jamuns seedes 250 grams

  • Crushed ice as required

  • Fresh mint leaves handful of

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Lemon wedges 1

  • Salt for riming


Step 1

Put the java plum flesh into a blender jar, add crushed ice, mint leaves, black salt and sugar and blend to a fine puree.

Step 2

Rub the rims of shot glasses with lemon and dip them in a plate of salt.

Step 3

Pour the plum puree into the glasses and serve.
