Ingredients list for Jamun Shots - SK Khazana
- 250 grams Jamuns seedes
- as required Crushed ice
- Fresh mint leaves handful of
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Lemon wedges
- Salt for riming
Method
- Put the java plum flesh into a blender jar, add crushed ice, mint leaves, black salt and sugar and blend to a fine puree.
- Rub the rims of shot glasses with lemon and dip them in a plate of salt.
- Pour the plum puree into the glasses and serve.
