By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Dates, Dried figs Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Dates and Anjeer Modak 1 cup Dates chopped 3/4 cup Dried figs chopped 2 tablespoons Pistachios 2 tablespoons Raisins 1/4 cup Almonds 2 tablespoons Dried coconut ( khopra) grated 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto) 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Put pistachios, raisins and almonds in a food processor and process to a coarse powder. Add dried coconut, poppy seeds and green cardamom powder and process to a coarse paste. Transfer the coarse paste into a large bowl and mix.
