Ingredients
- ½ cup chickpeas (chana), soaked overnight and boiled till soft
- Oil for spraying
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 180° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Take chickpeas in a bowl, spray some oil and salt and mix well.
- Spread the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, fit it into the fryer and air fry for 15 minutes.
- Bring the basket out, sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala and black salt over them. Spray some oil and mix well.
- Put the basket back in air fryer and air fry for 5 minutes.
- Bring the basket out and allow to cool. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
