Ingredients
- 3-4 motichoor laddoos
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon chopped cashewnuts
- 1½ cups sweetened whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- 6-8 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered
Method
- Dry roast almonds, walnuts, pistachios and cashewnuts for 3-4 minutes or till golden brown and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate and allow to cool.
- Take whipping cream in a large bowl, add green cardamom powder and whisk with an electric beater till soft peaks are formed. Add ¾ of roasted nuts. Crumble motichoor laddoos and add into the whipped cream mixture and fold in gently till well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an air tight container, sprinkle remaining roasted nuts on top, cover with a lid and place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours or till set.
- Scoop out the ice cream into individual serving bowls and serve garnished with slivered pistachios.
