Chatpata Makhana

Makhana or lotus seeds or fox nuts are highly nutritious. They are low in calories, fat and sodium and high in potassium, magnesium, fiber and calcium. They are therefore good for both old and young. And the best part is that they easily absorb the flavour of any ingredient they are cooked with.
