Ingredients
- 1½ cups leftover aloo sabzi
- Grated mixed cheese to sprinkle
- 4 white bread slices
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons tomato ketchup + to serve
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley + to sprinkle
- Black sesame seeds to sprinkle
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Take leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and parsley and mix well.
- Arrange the bread slices on baking tray and spread the potato mixture generously and evenly on all of them.
- Sprinkle mixed cheese over the potato mixture. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
- Bring the tray out of the oven, sprinkle black sesame seeds and parsley. Halve the toasts.
- Transfer the toasts on a serving platter and serve with tomato ketchup.
