Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
  2. Take leftover aloo sabzi in a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and parsley and mix well.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on baking tray and spread the potato mixture generously and evenly on all of them.
  4. Sprinkle mixed cheese over the potato mixture. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 6-8 minutes.
  5. Bring the tray out of the oven, sprinkle black sesame seeds and parsley. Halve the toasts.
  6. Transfer the toasts on a serving platter and serve with tomato ketchup.
