Ingredients list for Wheat Lentil Dosa
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Soya Flour
- 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta)
- as required Buttermilk
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- to shallow fry Oil
- as required Tomato ketchup
Method
- Mix together the rice, soya and millet flour with the buttermilk to make a smooth batter.
- Add the salt, chopped coriander and green chillies, and mix well. Let the batter rest for about fifteen minutes.
- Heat a thick non-stick tawa or frying pan.
- Add two drops of oil and wipe the tawa clean with a piece of wet muslin.
- Add a tablespoon of oil to the tawa; pour half a ladleful of batter and spread it to a thin three-inch round. Drizzle a little oil all around.
- When the underside is cooked, flip the dosa and fry the other side.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
