By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh wheat grass, Medium cucumbers Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Wheat Grass Punch as required Fresh wheat grass 2 Medium cucumbers peeled a few Fresh mint leaves 4 teaspoon for rimming Lemon juice a few Fresh pepepermint leaves 10-12 + to serve Ice cubes crushed a large pi Black salt to garnish Lemon slices Method Roughly chop cucumber and put into a blender jar, add mint sprigs, lemon juice, peppermint leaves, crushed ice and black salt and blend to a smooth mixture. Snip fresh wheat grass and chop them roughly. Put them into the blender jar and blend again. Strain the mixture into a bowl and transfer into a jar. Refrigerate till chilled. Rub some lemon on the rims of the serving glasses and dip into a plate of black salt. Put some crushed ice into the glasses and pour over the punch into them.
