Ingredients list for Wheat Grass Punch

  • as required Fresh wheat grass
  • 2 Medium cucumbers peeled
  • a few Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoon for rimming Lemon juice
  • a few Fresh pepepermint leaves
  • 10-12 + to serve Ice cubes crushed
  • a large pi Black salt
  • to garnish Lemon slices

Method

  1. Roughly chop cucumber and put into a blender jar, add mint sprigs, lemon juice, peppermint leaves, crushed ice and black salt and blend to a smooth mixture.
  2. Snip fresh wheat grass and chop them roughly. Put them into the blender jar and blend again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a bowl and transfer into a jar. Refrigerate till chilled.
  4. Rub some lemon on the rims of the serving glasses and dip into a plate of black salt.
  5. Put some crushed ice into the glasses and pour over the punch into them. Garnish the glass rims with lemon slices and serve chilled.
