Ingredients for WHEAT GRASS PUNCH - skk Recipe

  • Fresh wheat grass as required

  • Medium cucumbers peeled 2

  • Fresh mint leaves a few

  • Lemon juice 4 teaspoon

  • Fresh pepepermint leaves a few

  • Ice cubes crushed 10-12 + to serve

  • Black salt a large pi

  • Lemon slices to garnish

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop cucumber and put into a blender jar, add mint sprigs, lemon juice, peppermint leaves, crushed ice and black salt and blend to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Snip fresh wheat grass and chop them roughly. Put them into the blender jar and blend again.

Step 3

Strain the mixture into a bowl and transfer into a jar. Refrigerate till chilled.

Step 4

Rub some lemon on the rims of the serving glasses and dip into a plate of black salt.

Step 5

Put some crushed ice into the glasses and pour over the punch into them. Garnish the glass rims with lemon slices and serve chilled.
