Ingredients list for Veg Pizza
- ½ cup Cauliflower grated
- ½ cup Carrots grated
- ½ cup Green zucchini grated
- ½ cup Refined flour (maida)
- ½ cup + for dusting Whole wheat flour (atta)
- to taste Salt
- ¼ cup Pesto sauce
- 12-16 Button mushrooms sliced
- 2-3 large Fresh red chillies sliced
- 5-6 Cherry tomatoes halved
- 25 grams Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 200º C.
- Mix refined flour, wheat flour, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini and salt in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
- Dust the worktop with some flour. Place the dough on it and roll out into a thin square sheet. Place it on a baking tray and spread pesto evenly on it.
- Top with mushrooms, red chillies and cherry tomatoes. Grate cheese on top, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
