- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2-3 fresh dill sprigs, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste

- Fresh parsley sprig for garnish
Method
