Ingredients 

  • 1 cup macaroni, boiled
  • 7-8 florets broccoli, blanched
  • 1 bunch iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow capsicum, cut into juliennes
  • 1 medium red capsicum, cut into juliennes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 5-6 fresh basil leaves, shredded

Method

  1. Place macaroni, broccoli, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers in a deep bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and white pepper. Pour dressing over the salad. Toss well and serve immediately garnished with shredded basil leaves.
