Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni, boiled
- 7-8 florets broccoli, blanched
- 1 bunch iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium yellow capsicum, cut into juliennes
- 1 medium red capsicum, cut into juliennes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- 5-6 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Method
- Place macaroni, broccoli, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers in a deep bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and white pepper. Pour dressing over the salad. Toss well and serve immediately garnished with shredded basil leaves.
