Ingredients for Tiramisu Frappe Recipe

  • Coffee decoction as required

  • Dark chocolate biscuits 14-16

  • Whipped cream 2 cups

  • Mascarpone cheese 6 tablespoons

  • Vanilla ice cream 2 cups

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Foam as required


Step 1

Put the dark chocolate biscuits in a zip-lock bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin.

Step 2

Take whipped cream in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese and fold in well and fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

Step 3

Put Vanilla ice cream in a blender jar, add 4 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, 6 tablespoons coffee decoction and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.

Step 4

Put some crushed dark chocolate biscuits in each serving glass, pour some coffee decoction over them and level the mixture.

Step 5

Pour the frappe into the glasses. Put some foam in each glass, pipe whipped cream mixture generously and put some dark chocolate biscuit crumb on top.

Step 6

Put a straw in each glass and serve immediately.
