Ingredients list for Tiramisu Frappe

  • as required Coffee decoction
  • 14-16 Dark chocolate biscuits
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 6 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups Milk
  • as required Foam


  1. Put the dark chocolate biscuits in a zip-lock bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. Take whipped cream in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese and fold in well and fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
  3. Put Vanilla ice cream in a blender jar, add 4 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, 6 tablespoons coffee decoction and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
  4. Put some crushed dark chocolate biscuits in each serving glass, pour some coffee decoction over them and level the mixture.
  5. Pour the frappe into the glasses. Put some foam in each glass, pipe whipped cream mixture generously and put some dark chocolate biscuit crumb on top.
  6. Put a straw in each glass and serve immediately.
