By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jul 2016 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients King prawns, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tequila Fired Chipotle King Prawns 8-10 King prawns deveined and slit lengthwise to taste Salt 2 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Chipotle in adobo sauce 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 2 tablespoons Onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Mixed bell peppers finely chopped 1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons Tequila for garnishing Lettuce leaves for greasing Lemon wedges Method In a bowl marinate the prawns with salt,one teaspoon lemon juice, chipotle sauce and refrigerate for ten minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and onions and sauté till they turn translucent. Add bell peppers and sauté for a minute. Add marinated prawns mixture and sauté for two-three minutes over medium heat. Add lemon juice and coriander. Mix well. Pour tequila in a ladle and heat it over gas flame for about thirty seconds and add it to the prawns. Mix well and remove from heat.
