Ingredients list for Tandoori Broccoli
- 1 large Broccoli separated into small florets,blanched
- 2 cups Hung Yogurt
- 2 Lemon grass stalk finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Green chilli paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Mace powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Place yogurt, lemon grass, lemon juice, cream, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt and mace powder and mix well.
- Add broccoli florets and mix well till the marinade coats the broccoli well. Set aside for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
- Grease a baking tray and arrange the broccoli on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Serve hot.
