By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Broccoli, Hung Yogurt Cuisine Punjabi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tandoori Broccoli 1 large Broccoli separated into small florets,blanched 2 cups Hung Yogurt 2 Lemon grass stalk finely chopped 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1/2 cup Fresh cream 1 1/2 teaspoons Green chilli paste 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon White pepper powder to taste Salt a pinch Mace powder Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Place yogurt, lemon grass, lemon juice, cream, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, white pepper powder, salt and mace powder and mix well. Add broccoli florets and mix well till the marinade coats the broccoli well. Set aside for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Grease a baking tray and arrange the broccoli on it. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Serve hot.
