Ingredients
- 8 hard taco shells
- 1 large potato, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped - 1 teaspoon green chutney
- 1 tablespoon date and tamarind chutney
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped raw mango
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish
- Sev as required
- Pomegranate pearls for garnish
Method
- In a large bowl, add potato, tomato, onion and mash the mixture. Mix well.
- Add green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, salt, chaat masala, raw mango and chopped coriander. Mix well.
- Take a taco shell and place a portion of the prepared mixture into it. Coat the edges with sev and place it on a serving plate.
- Garnish with pomegranate pearls and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
