By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Hard taco shells, Potatoes Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Taco Sev Puri 8 Hard taco shells 3/4 cup Potatoes boiled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 Small tomato finely chopped 1 Small onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Green chutney 1 tablespoon Date and tamarind chutney 2 teaspoons Red chilli Garlic Chutney to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 tablespoon Raw mango finely chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped as required Sev for garnish Pomegranate pearls Method Take potatoes in a large bowl, add tomato and onion and mash the mixture. Add green chutney, date and tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, salt, chaat masala, raw mango and coriander leaves and mix well. Stuff this mixture into each taco shell, coat the edges with sev and place them on a serving plate.
