Ingredients 

  • ½ cup dried sweet corn kernels 
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick deep pan, add corn in the centre and sprinkle sugar around it. Sprinkle salt and drizzle oil over these.
  2. Cover and cook till all the corn kernels have popped. Shake the pan occasionally to avoid burning the sugar.
  3. Transfer into individual serving cups and serve.
