Ingredients
- 1½ tablespoons tomato powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder
- 1 cup dried corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon + 2 tsps oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a non-stick deep pan, add dried corn kernels mix well and cover the lid, cook till the kernels pop.
- Heat remaining oil and remaining butter in non-stick deep, let the butter melt and add tomato powder, dried basil, prepared popcorn and mix well
- Add parmesan cheese powder, mix well and serve.
