Ingredients for Sweet Rush Recipe

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon + for dusting

  • Cream cheese ¼ cup

  • Condensed milk 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) a pinch


Step 1

Heat milk in a small deep non-stick pan. Add cocoa powder, whisk and bring to boil.

Step 2

Put cream cheese, condensed milk and cream in a bowl and whisk well with an electric beater. Add rock salt and whisk well.

Step 3

Put 4-5 ice cubes in a small glass jar. Pour chocolate milk filling up to ¾, put some cream cheese mixture and mix well. Top with some more cream cheese mixture and dust some cocoa powder on top.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
