Ingredients list for Sweet Potato Chutney
- 1 large Sweet Potato boiled and peeled
- 2 Tamarin Paste
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur)
- 2 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Pound the green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt and boiled sweet potato in a mortar. Add a little water, jaggery and tamarind pulp and pound some more.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with matlo undhiyo.
