Ingredients list for Suva Chicken Stir Fry
- 2 Boneless Chicken Breast halved horizontally and sliced diagonally
- 1 cup Dill Leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds (safed til)
- 1 large Onion
- 1 medium Green capsicum
- to taste Salt
Method
- Place chicken slices in a bowl, add green chilli sauce and rub well. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes to marinate.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and white sesame seeds and sauté till golden.
- Cube onion and green capsicum, add to the pan and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes. Add dill leaves and salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
