Ingredients
- 4 cups puffed rice (kurmura/murmura)
- 1 cup roasted chana
- 4 tablespoons salted roasted peanuts
- 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons tomato, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons raw mango, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons chaat masala
- Black salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons coriander-green chilli paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Masala chana for topping
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped for topping
- Sev for topping
Method
- Mix puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Transfer the bhel equally into 4 paper cones, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and toss. Top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and serve immediately.
