Ingredients 

  • 4 cups puffed rice (kurmura/murmura)
  • 1 cup roasted chana
  • 4 tablespoons salted roasted peanuts
  • 4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons tomato, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons raw mango, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chaat masala
  • Black salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons coriander-green chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Masala chana for topping
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for topping
  • Sev for topping

Method

  1. Mix puffed rice, roasted chana, peanuts, onions, tomato, raw mango, salt, chaat masala, black salt, coriander-green chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the bhel equally into 4 paper cones, top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and toss. Top with some masala chana, coriander leaves and sev and serve immediately.
