Keep aside. Blanch almonds and chop finely. Keep aside. Heat ghee in a frying pan and roast semolina till golden brown. Add milk, sugar and green cardamom powder and stir constantly till it thickens. Add saffron and let cool. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve cold.
