Stir Fried Prawns Marinated tiger prawns stir fried and then cooked with sauteed onions and other seasonings By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tiger prawns, Turmeric powder Cuisine Chinese Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Difficult Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Stir Fried Prawns 10-12 Tiger prawns peeled and deveined a pinch Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Rice flour 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 2 Green chillies chopped 2 medium Onions thickly sliced 1 medium Green capsicum thickly sliced to taste Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, rice flour and set it aside for half an hour. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and stir fry till they turn pink in color or gets almost cooked.Heat remaining oil in another pan. Add ginger paste, green chillies and saute for a minute. Add onions and saute tillit turns brown in color. Add green capsicum and saute for two minutes.
