Ingredients list for Stir Fried Chicken With Basil And Chilli
- 4 Boneless Chicken cut into strips
- Fresh Basil
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 6-8 Fresh red chillies diagonally sliced
- 2 tablespo Oil
- 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Method
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick wok. Heat sufficient oil in another wok.Add garlic to the first pan and sauté on high heat till lightly browned.
- Place chicken in a bowl, add fish sauce and mix. Add chicken to the pan and stir.
- Squeeze out excess water from basil and add them to the hot oil in wok and deep fry till crisp. Strain the basil through a sieve and set aside.
- Add red chillies and soy sauce to chicken and mix well. Add salt, sugar and stir. Cook till the chicken is done. Add fried basil leaves and toss. Serve hot.
