Ingredients list for Sprouts Fried Rice
- 2 cups Basmati rice, drained
- 1 cup Sprouted Green gram
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- to taste White pepper powder
Method
- Boil rice in sufficient water alongwith a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, onion and ginger.
- Mix well and saute on medium heat for ten seconds. Add red chilli paste and vinegar. Mix well and cook for ten minutes.
- Add sprouted green gram, mix again, cover and cook for three to four minutes.
- Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and white pepper powder. Mix well.
- Add boiled rice, mix well and cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
