Ingredients list for Spicy Sprouts Sandwich

  • 1 cup Mixed sprouts boiled
  • 8 Brown bread slices
  • 1/2 cup Soya granules soaked and drained
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Pav bhaji masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Put mixed sprouts, soya granules, onion, green chilli, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place a portion of the sprout mixture over four bread slices and spread. Cover with the remaining four slices.
  3. Heat a sandwich griller, place the sandwich on it and grill for four to five minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
