Ingredients list for Spicy Potato Fingers
- 4 large Potatoes
- to deep fry Cheese
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Peppercorns,crushed
- 1/25 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 2 tablespoons Cheese,grated
Method
- Scrub and wash the potatoes clean. Cut into long pieces with out peeling. Put the pieces in ice-cold water. Drain. Heat oil and deep-fry the potato pieces till golden brown. Drain.
- Mix salt, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, chaat masala and sprinkle this on the fried potato pieces. Put them on a plate, sprinkle grated cheese over and bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for 10-12 minutes.
