Ingredients list for Spicy Pita Roll
- 4 Pita bread
 - Cabbage
 - 6 tablespoons Cabbage grated
 - 6 tablespoons Carrot grated
 - 2 tablespoons Garlic yogurt sauce
 - 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
 - 2 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
 - 4 tablespoons Mint mayonnaise
 - 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce chopped
 - 4 Black olives halved
 - GARLIC YOGURT SAUCE
 - 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
 - 2 tablespoons Thick yogurt
 - MINT MAYONNAISE
 - 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon Mint chutney
 
Method
- Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix.
 - Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat. Place one pita bread on the tawa at a time and let them heat through.
 - Place the heated pita breads on work top. Spread some mint mayonnaise all over each of them. Place a quarter of the above salad at one end of each bread. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and roll the pita bread tightly.
 - Halve the rolls diagonally and place on a serving bread. String a black olive half on a toothpick and prick it on one side of each pita roll.
 - Serve immediately.
