  • 4 Pita bread
  • Cabbage
  • 6 tablespoons Cabbage grated
  • 6 tablespoons Carrot grated
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic yogurt sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Mint mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 Black olives halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Thick yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mint chutney


  1. Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic yogurt sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce and mix.
  2. Heat a non stick tawa on medium heat. Place one pita bread on the tawa at a time and let them heat through.
  3. Place the heated pita breads on work top. Spread some mint mayonnaise all over each of them. Place a quarter of the above salad at one end of each bread. Sprinkle lettuce leaves and roll the pita bread tightly.
  4. Halve the rolls diagonally and place on a serving bread. String a black olive half on a toothpick and prick it on one side of each pita roll.
  5. Serve immediately.
