Ingredients list for Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoon + for greasing Oil hot
- Spice mix
- 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
- To make spice mix, mix together oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and crushed peppercorns in a bowl.
- Spread the pumpkin seeds on the greased tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and roast for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the roasted pumpkin seeds into a bowl, add hot oil and spice mix and mix well. Cool.
- Serve.
