Ingredients for Simple Moong Dosa-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong) 1 1/2 cups

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Green chillies 2

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for drizzling

  • Red coconut chutney to serve


Step 1

Blend together sprouted green gram, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt with sufficient water to a coarse batter. Transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of prepared batter evenly on it. Drizzle some oil on top and cook till well browned and crisp. Make more dose similarly.

Step 3

Serve hot with red coconut chutney.
