Ingredients list for Simple Curry Powder
- 1/2 cup Coriander Seeds
- 2 inch sticks Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds (saunf)
- 15-18 Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon Rice (raw)
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1-2 Cloves
- 2 inch pieces Rampa/Pandanus leaves (optional)
Method
- Grind together coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, raw rice, green cardamom, cloves and rampa to a fine powder.
- Store this powder in an airtight container and use as required.
