Ingredients list for Shakkarkandi aur Kiwi Chaat
- 2 Sweet potatoes boiled and peeled
 - 3 Kiwi
 - 1/2 inch Ginger
 - 1/2 cup Mint leaves
 - 1/2 cup coriander leaves
 - 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
 - 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
 - 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
 - 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds roasted and crushed
 - Juice of 1 lemon
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds,roasted
 
Method
- Roughly chop ginger, green chillies, mint leaves, 1 kiwi and coriander leaves and grind into chutney. Cut sweet potato into small cubes. Peel the remaining kiwi and cut into small cubes. Place both in a bowl.
 - Add black salt, chaat masala, crushed black peppercorns, crushed coriander seeds, ground chutney, lemon juice and salt and mix well and transfer into a serving bowl.
 - Crush the roasted cumin seeds with a rolling pin and sprinkle it over the chaat. Garnish with tomato wedges and serve.
