Sev Tomato Sandwich It is a crispy and tangy Indian-inspired snack made with juicy tomatoes, crunchy sev and chutney, all sandwiched between soft bread slices. By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Aloo bhujiya (sev), Large tomato Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients Ā¾ cup aloo bhujia sev 1 large tomato, choppedĀ 8 white bread slices 1 medium onion, chopped 2 chopped green chillies 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup Salt to taste Butter for applying 4 cheese slices Method In a bowl, add aloo bhujia sev, tomatoes, onion, coriander, green chillies, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well. Apply butter on the bread slice, place a portion of the stuffing on one side, place the cheese slice on top and cover it with another slice of bread with butter side down. Apply butter on top of the prepared sandwiches. Melt butter on a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared sandwiches and toast till golden brown on both sides.
