Sev Tomato Sandwich These sandwiches are stuffed aloo bhujia, tomato and some aromatics – so very delicious This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Aloo bhujiya (sev), Large tomato Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sev Tomato Sandwich 3/4 cup Aloo bhujiya (sev) 1 Large tomato chopped 8 White bread slices 1 Medium onion chopped 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup to taste Salt as required Butter 4 Cheese slices to serve Potato wedges Method Take aloo bhujia in a bowl, add tomato, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, tomato ketchup and salt and mix well. Apply butter on one side of all the bread slices, place a generous portion of the stuffing on 4 slices, place a cheese slice on top of the stuffing and cover each sandwich with another slice of bread with butter side down. Apply butter on top of all the sandwiches. Melt butter on a non-stick tawa. Place each sandwich on it and toast, turning sides, till evenly golden brown on both sides.
