Ingredients

  • 4 chicken seekh kebabs
  • 8 white bread slices
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons butter + to spread
  • Oil to drizzle
  • Green chutney to serve

Method

  1. Break and add eggs in a bowl, beat it well. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa, add butter and add kebabs, drizzle oil, and cook till golden brown from all sides. Remove set aside. 
  3. Add egg mixture on the same tawa, and spread it. Add 2 white bread slices. Press slightly. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Flip on another side, place cooked kebabs in center, fold the omelette on the seekh. Dip 2 white bread slices in leftover egg mixture and place over omelette. 
  5. Apply butter on top of the bread slices, flip and cook on another side till golden brown on both sides. Cut from the center and place one above another making a layer.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
